Resource Navigation

We help identify programs and resources that may be available to your family.

Examples include:

• Utility assistance 
• Housing assistance 
• Transportation assistance 
• Food assistance 
• Prescription assistance 
• Childcare resources 

Each family is paired with a Cancer Support Coach who becomes their point of contact.

Your coach will:

• Listen to your needs 
• Research resources 
• Make calls on your behalf 
• Assist with applications 
• Follow up throughout the process

Do I need to have cancer to receive help?
Yes. Services are intended for individuals affected by cancer.

Do you provide direct financial assistance?
Currently, our primary role is resource navigation and support. As funding grows, additional assistance programs may become available.

How much do services cost?
All support services are provided free of charge.
